Our props, frames, and décor items are available for hire as part of our event styling service — each piece thoughtfully selected and styled by our team to complement your overall event aesthetic and bring your vision to life beautifully.

Please note that a refundable hire bond applies to all prop, frame, and décor hire items included in your styling package. Your bond will be returned in full following the event, provided all items are returned in their original condition with no damage. Yes — our event styling services start from $500, ensuring every IZKO Events celebration is delivered with the quality and care it deserves.

Yes — venue accessibility is taken into consideration when preparing your custom quote. If your event is located on a higher floor, within a high-rise venue or in a space that requires our team to navigate stairs or elevators with equipment and installations, an accessibility fee will apply. This will always be clearly outlined in your quote upfront — no surprises, no hidden costs. We believe in complete transparency from the very first conversation.

Yes — if your event requires an early setup or concludes late in the evening and requires our team to be available outside of standard business hours, after-hours surcharge will apply. As with all aspects of your quote, this will be clearly communicated and itemised before you confirm your booking. Our commitment is to deliver a seamless, white-glove experience from installation through to pack-down — whatever the hour.

We completely understand that sometimes life doesn't go to plan. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you. Our full cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in our Terms & Conditions — we encourage all clients to familiarise themselves with these at the time of booking. We always aim to handle these situations with as much care and understanding as we can. 🤍

Once we've had an initial consultation and you're happy with your custom quote, a 50% deposit is required to secure your event date - consider it your way of saying "let's do this!" The remaining balance is then due 7 or 14 days prior to your event, depending on your event type (*Please note there are some exceptions to this guideline). Please note if your booking is made within the 7 or 14 day period prior to your event, full payment will be required at the time of booking. We'll guide you through every step of the process and keep communication clear and easy throughout - because we want the lead-up to your event to feel as just as effortless as the day itself.

Yes - where we are able to accommodate a last minute booking request, a rush booking fee will apply. Delivering the same standard of precision, quality and care that every IZKO Events installation deserves requires time - from sourcing the right materials to planning and co-ordinating the install itself. These can come at an additional cost to us to ensure that we have everything we need on time to make your event extraordinary.
